エリカに掴まれてしまった美空。
恭平と灰原が助けに来ようとするが、美空はそれを拒んだ。
2人がエリカの近くに来ると、恭平が操られて、灰原に襲いかかってしまう可能性があるからだ。
エリカに掴まれ、投げ飛ばされた美空。
そのままの勢いで首を絞められた。
このままだとまずいと思い、必死に声を出した。
今まで、苦しめられた人たちの仇を取らなければと美空は思い、近くに落ちていた石を握り、エリカの顔に押し当てた。
一瞬の隙を作れた美空は、手鏡を拾い恭平と灰原がいるところまで走ることができた。
エリカの血の重要性
エリカが苦しんでいる間に、3人は穴の奥の方へ進んでいった。
美空は骨には異常なさそうだが、足を怪我してしまった。
それに3人の状況はかなり最悪だ。
柴がどこにいるかもわからないし、恭平もいつ操られるかわからない。
エリカも怪物になってしまい元に戻るのかすらわからない。
どうしようと美空は悩んだが、ふと手鏡を見てみると文字が浮かび上がっていた。
一緒に遊ぼう
浮かび上がった文字があるところには、エリカの血がついていた。
その文字を見て、この手鏡が呪いの本体だと確信した3人は、エリカの血がかなり重要だと言うことにも気がついた。
美空は、エリカの血を手鏡全体につければ、呪いの文字が解読できると分かった途端立ち上がった。
灰原と恭平に力を貸してほしいと頼み、何度も美空の名前を呼び続けるエリカの元へ向かった。
美空はエリカの前に姿を現し、そんなに私の名前を呼んでいるなら一緒に遊ぼうと提案した。鬼ごっこで。
